The New Zealand Road Innovation Award
Transit New Zealand and Works Infrastructure Ltd are partners in sponsoring The New Zealand Road Innovation Award. This annual award is presented for the best conference paper, in New Zealand or overseas, in the previous twelve months. The prize is $2000, a framed certificate and distinction within the industry. Entries close 30 June each year.
Congratulations to Yvette Kinsella and Frank McGuire who won the 2006 New Zealand Road Innovation Award with their paper - Climate Change Uncertainty and the State Highway Network - A Moving Target.
The paper was presented at the 7th Annual NZIHT/Transit Conference, Planning for Certainty in Transport, in Christchurch, November 2005.
