The Mana transit lanes operate all year round at specific times. The southbound and northbound transit lanes operate at different hours:

Southbound 6.30am – 9.30am on weekdays 3.30pm – 6.30pm on Sundays and public holidays

Northbound 3.30pm – 6.30pm on weekdays 11.30am – 2.30pm on Saturdays

During these times, vehicles carrying two or more people can travel in the transit lanes and experience fewer traffic delays and shorter queues.
