4 February 2008 Emergency Works Process change
The export facility from PROMAN to LTP online has now been built. This means that the process to obtain Emergency Works funds has changes, as follows:
(i) Emergency Works event occurs.
- Continue to obtain written endorsement from your LTNZ representative.
(ii) Project Managers create an Emergency Works project within PROMAN.
- Ensure there is one event per project.
- Ensure you include the area of the event plus the date (month) in the project title.
- Insert the exact date in the Project Tab.
(iii) Project Managers submit a Funding request into the next open Large/LTNZ Review.
(iv) Twice per month any Emergency Works created since the last export will be exported from PROMAN and uploaded into LTP online (export run by the PROMAN Team).
(v) If you have created an Emergency Works project when the review is closed a skeleton for this funding application will be uploaded into LTP online, so as not to hold up the funding process.
There will be no manual creation of Emergency Works projects within LTP online. Therefore the Funding Application is dependant on input by the Project Managers within PROMAN.
