What is PROMAN & PADS


  • PROMAN is Transit NZ's Project & Programme Management system
  • PADS is the Property Acquisitions and Disposals system, which is a sub system of PROMAN
  • LTPOE (LTP online Extracts) is a system that extracts and translates PROMAN information for upload into Land Transport NZ's LTP online Funding System.

The above systems have been developed to support Transit NZ's processes

Key Dates

The annual detailed PROMAN Schedule can be obtained from the PROMAN Team.

The PROMAN cycle is as attached. This monthly cycle contains indicative dates. However, the key dates for the month ahead are detailed below

Training and Education

Following the Induction Training, there are a number of sources of training information; how-to documents, FAQs, the System Helptext (press the button on the relevant application screen), the role based process charts (swim-lanes),Regional PROMAN Champions and the National Office PROMAN Team (proman.pads@transit.govt.nz).
